2. This platform is provided by the Student Housing Office of HKUST for the purpose of giving information only; any matters related to leasing is between the information seeker and the information provider and the Student Housing Office does not have any involvement in between the dealings;

3. The Student Housing Office of HKUST reserves the rights to decide whether or not to post the rental information submitted;

4. The Student Housing Office of HKUST reserves the rights to edit necessary contents before posting;

5. The Student Housing Office of HKUST is not responsible for verifying nor monitoring any of the rental information provided, including the accuracy, availability, cost and other details of the rental information provided.

6. Users are recommended to submit a video of the housing to offcamphouse@ust.hk. The Student Housing Office of HKUST may post the video on the social media platforms for students' reference.
